What is the Fort Worth Kettlebell Challenge?
Fort Worth Kettlebell Challenge is a continuing four week program of kettlebell exercise along with core and flexibility training that includes weight reduction. Participants will achieve their desired results while having fun.
What if I am out of shape?
No Worries! The challenge was designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Your safety comes first. You will never be asked to do something you cannot perform. All that is asked is 100% effort! Each class will build upon the previous class so consistency is key.
What are the pre-requisites?
None. However, it is recommended that you obtain a medical clearance from your doctor, if you have any doubts about participating in the program.
Where is the location of the Fort Worth Kettlebell Challenge?
All classes are held in Fort Worth at River Park 3100 Bryant Irvin Rd. Fort Worth, Texas 76116.
When are the kettlebell classes held?
The classes meet on Tuesdays/ Thursdays, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. each week, for four weeks.
What should I bring?
A bottle of water, flat sole shoes such as Puma or Converse Chuck Taylors (going barefoot is acceptable too) a large towel or mat and finally, a POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
What can I expect from participating in the Fort Worth Kettlebell Challenge?
A positive attitude can take you a long way! Results from the Kettlebell Challenge can yield an overall tone up of your body while losing unwanted body fat. You will notice an increase in your daily energy leves and a dramatic improvement in your overall fitness. Pre and post -camp measurements will be taken to record your success!
