The Fort Worth Kettlebell Challenge was created by Erik Brown, registered Kettlebell instructor, as a refreshing, alternative to the ordinary gym or club workout.  Erik has over 10 years of experience in fitness training, strength training and group training.  Erik is nationally certified through the NCSA and RKC and holds a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Texas Christian University.
